Quick answers to your questions

How does the tryke ship and how long does it take to assemble?

Our trykes ship roughly 85% assembled. Assembly time will vary depending on the model ordered and the accessories order. For smaller models, assembly can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Assembly for larger models can take anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Amtryke, LLC can ship internationally. We advise people to contact us directly, so we can give you an accurate quote on shipping cost. 1-800-838-1845 Extension 116

Do I need anything to complete assembly?

Some tools will be needed to complete assembly. Each tryke comes with a 5/6mm Allen wrench and 14/15mm open wrench. These tools will aid with most parts of assembly. An adjustable wrench or 22mm wrench/socket wrench will be needed to properly install the rear wheels for each model. More advanced models may require additional tooling to complete(cable cutters, Phillips head screwdriver, assorted Allen wrenches).

How difficult is assembly?

Trykes come are designed to be partially assembled. User is responsible for the remaining assembly using instructions provided. We recommend a local bike shop to assemble trykes if needed. Any adaptation made to the tryke beyond the standard setup, is custom packed by our warehouse manager. Accessories come with their own set of instructions for proper installation.

I received my Amtryke and I think I am missing something. What should I do?

If you think something is missing from your order, please reference the packing slip on the outside of the box. If this does not help resolve the issue, please call our customer service team at 1-800-838-1845 x1. They will assist as best they can to resolve the issue.

I received my Amtryke and something isn’t working correctly, or I need help finishing assembly. What should I do?

Please call our technical support line for assistance with assembly or nonfunctioning trykes. 1-800-838-1845 x117.

How do I know which model is best suited for me or a rider?

We have a sizing chart to help with a tryke selection Here. We always recommend consulting a Physical therapist or Occupational therapist to assist with choosing the correct Amtryke.

Do you offer an electric assist model tryke?

We do not currently offer an electric assist model. We are always looking to improve our product and hope to release different electric assist models in the future.
