Shipping policy

At Amtryke®, we are committed to delivering adaptive tricycles that empower individuals of all abilities to enjoy the benefits of mobility, strength, exercise, and interaction. Our goal is to provide timely and reliable shipping to ensure every rider can experience the joy of riding as soon as possible. Please review our shipping policy below. 

Shipping Options: 

We offer the following shipping options for Amtryke® products within the United States: 

Standard Ground Shipping:

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after processing. 

Backordered items may delay shipping significantly 

Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days after shipping. 

Shipping fees are precalculated and are included with your purchase for Continental U.S. locations. 

International Shipping: 

Currently, we offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team at 1-800-838-1845 x116 to inquire about shipping options and costs for international destinations. 

Processing Time: 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day. 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping Costs: 

Shipping costs for shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska, and International are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. 

Items shipping to Continental U.S. have shipping cost precalculated. 

Orders that include multiple items may ship separately to ensure the quickest delivery. Separate shipping costs may apply for each shipment. 

Tracking Your Order: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date. 

Delays and Exceptions: 

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders. 

In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email with updated delivery information. 

Shipping Restrictions: 

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. 

For special shipping requests or large bulk orders, please contact our customer support team for assistance. 

Returns and Damaged Goods: 

If your Amtryke® arrives damaged, or if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. 

Please keep the original packaging and provide pictures/videos of any damage.
